大企業の賃金上昇率が 33年ぶりに5.58%の高水準 にあると、経団連が２０日発表されています。 (２０２４年春季労使交渉の１次集計)賃上げ幅の平均は1万9480円ということです。 2023年の1次集計と比較すると、賃上げ率は1.67ポイント、賃上げ幅は6370円上昇したようです。 業種によってばらつきがあるものの、33年ぶりの高水準とのことで話題に上がっています。 では、私の住んでいるイギリスでは日本と比べてどのくらいなのか賃金上昇率を調べてみました。 結果は、 5.7% でした!!かなり近い値です（笑）。 しかしながら、日本もイギリスもインフレ率は高く実質賃金は現状あまり伸びていません。 日本は3月時点で前年同月比2.5%減、イギリスでは直近3ヶ月平均で1.7%になっています。 イギリスも昨年のこの時期はマイナスでしたが現在はプラスに転じています。 日本においては24ヶ月マイナスの状態が続いております。賃金増加しているにも関わらず物価上昇に追いついていないため、賃金が上昇していても実感が湧かず実際には生活が苦しくなっていると感じられる方も多い
